Benny has also given many private cooking classes and special dinner events in fine dining restaurants in Italy and around the world and taught at some of the most prestigious culinary institutes such as Le Cordon Bleu Paris, Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC),IPSSAR Culinary Institute of Rome and “Pellegrino Artusi” Rome.
Famous musicians such as Les Getrex, Chip Wilson, Bobby Murray, Joseph Messina, Fabrizio La Fauci and producer Gary J. Edwards have been inspired by his cuisine.
